Dr Jolande Bosch is a visual artist, lecturer and researcher.
The artistic work uses staged photography, printed and drawn upon manually and then digitally enhanced. The work collects and combines stories from everyday life and world events. A poetic translation of day-to-day joys and suffering is sought, not in order to produce pamphlets, but rather in celebration of the human capacity to process such events. Recent work investigates soft tyranny ‘as artistic strategy.
