Art critic Jan Verwoert will give a series of lectures on secrets and how to handle them. 'Keeping and Sharing Secrets – How to Formulate an Ethics of Attitude' is organised by the master of Fine Art of the Piet Zwart Institute (PZI). The lectures will take place at the Mauritsstraat 36 in Rotterdam on October 14, November 4 and December 2 2009.

Verwoert, who lives in Berlin, writes for contemporary art journals and magazines such as Frieze magazine, Afterall and Metropolis M. His book 'Bas Jan Ader – In Search of the Miraculous' was published in 2006.
