Studied at Academy for Visual Art, Rotterdam, (1981-1986); Study Word & Image (Vergelijkende Kunstwetenschappen), Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam (1992-1996). Liesbeth Bik works collectively since 1995 with Jos van der Pol as Bik Van der Pol.
